Speakers Preview Room

The Speaker Preview Room is located in a dedicated space right next to the Registration Desk – Level F0:

 

Sunday, 11 August 2019            07:00 – 19:00 hours

Monday, 12 August 2019           07:00 – 18:00 hours

Tuesday, 13 August 2019          06:45 – 18:00 hours

Wednesday, 14 August 2019    06:45 – 18:00 hours

Thursday, 15 August 2019        06:45 – 18:00 hours

 

All speakers are required to report to the speaker Preview room with their presentation ma-terial one day in advance (preferably) or at least 2 hours prior to the starting time of the session in order to meet with the technical and coordination staff for any technical support required. Presentations taking place in the first morning sessions should be delivered during the previous day.At the Speaker Preparation Room, it may be possible to do final technical verifications of the presentations and review the content. Each lecture hall/room is staffed by a professional technician who will take care of all technical aspects of the presentation. The organizers recommend using the laptops provided in the lecture halls/rooms in order to guarantee smooth operation of presentations. Therefore, use of personal laptops is generally not allowed, unless agreed and checked in advance with the technical staff both in the Speaker Preview Room and the lecture hall/room.
