IAES - International Association of Endocrine Surgeons

Presenting Authors of free papers who are residents in training, fellows, or students will be eligible for one of the 10 travel scholarships offered by the International Association of Endocrine Surgeons IAES (USD 1’000.00 each) based on the rank of their submitted IAES abstract. These eligible Presenting Authors will be notified ahead of time of the acceptance of their paper for presentation. If interested in the Travel Award, they will need to submit via e-mail:
 

  1. A cover letter listing the title and number of the accepted abstract, as well as the importance of the award to the applicant.
     

  2. Curriculum vitae that includes listing of the applicant’s years of surgical training and prior publications.
     

  3. A letter of reference from a mentor in surgery, explaining the importance of this award to the applicant.  


Travel awards will be presented via wire transfer following the conclusion of the Krakow meeting.
 
Submission: All applications must be complete in the IAES Secretary's office (IAES_JP@icloud.com) by April 15, 2019. All received emails will be confirmed by return message. Applicants will be notified of the awards by April 28, 2019.
